while a faction in play possesses the Sangraal nobody can win by a Tech Victory. Could this be modded? Not sure i have ever come across anything in the XML's preventing something like a Tech Victory. Lucky for you the movement-speed Mega Event didn't show up! Whew! Yeah, i have'nt had that one yet. I did get the one with the hundreds of agents on your planets shutting done every Stock Exchange and Industrial Center. 586 (roughly) agents in total but it was only about 4 or 5 turns from the end of the game, and by that point i had all the ships i needed and about 25 mill in credits... But in a lot of countries manhood is achieved at 13 and many at 16. Now many countries will also try a 16 yr old as an adult in a court of law, dependant on the crime.
