[quote who="Victor5" reply="140" id="3380200"] ^ Helps to read all recent posts before posting, as the two posts immediately before yours answer your question. As I pointed out, there are various major bugs in my game as well (I am using this with CoS). And as BlackRainZ mentioned just above your post, he needs to update Immersion Mod, as it isn't currently compatible with the most recent version of CoS. Until then, expect massive bugs if you're using CoS.<br /

I'm having the weirdest though gamebreaking bug, not sure if it is CoS or Immersion since I'm running both (also snaking and bridge mod, but I'm assuming they're not responsible), so I'll just post in both threads, I hope that's okay. I downloaded everything yesterday, so it should all be up-to-date. To give the short of it. At some point early in my game the Shadow faction got a ridiculous boost making them completely unstoppable. I'm on a huge map with 20

EDIT: Got a reply in the other thread so nvm, apparently it's Immersion not working with the latest version of CoS yet.
I really like the direction FE: LH is going. I never like it when gameplay mechanics are locked behind random encounters, so I'm going to much prefer having heroes be recruited through Empire building than having to get lucky and find them somewhere. My only wish would be that you'd go further on the same path. Finding quests is equally annoying. I wish that instead of the current system, you instead had some elite quests that still spawn randomly on the map somewhere, and then
Do you have any more tips on handling research? I always fall behind the AI in research, and it's very frustrating because I don't get why (I'm not behind in cities or military strength I think). I always had the same problem in civilization, and in the end I discovered it was because the AI was constantly trading tech with each other. (I hate tech trading myself because it feels like a chore.) Is it the same, or do I just need to build more optimall

I've been to busy to keep up with the Beta up until the holidays now, so my apologies if this is an issue that's already cropped up. However I loaded up the game again after installing the latest update, and I immediatly ran into two problems. Firstly, the research screen is entirely empty. After building a city I get the pop-up taking me to the research screen, however it is entirely empty. That is, no buttons, no information, nothing except some arrows that don't do anything. Howeve
They're not talking about XP in general, they're talking specifically about the 64 bit version of XP that has apparantly been dumped and left in the gutter by Microsoft.
I tried the mipmap, thing and ended up with this:

Just want to say I've got the same problem here as well, on a radeon x1650 series on XP.
Agreed #3 is still the best. I would add though that if you do go with #3, there are two things you must tell people whenever they try to build (in this case) a blacksmith. 1) How much excess iron your empire is producing. (This can be negative, but the point is I shouldn't have to do the math myself, the game should tell me wether my iron mines can sustain another blacksmith or not, or if I need to expand my iron mining) 2) The amount of time it takes to set up the trade rout
After reading option #3 I pre-ordered the game, nuff said. [e digicons]:w00t:[/e] (Now let's hope they don't go with camp #2 after all [e digicons][/e] )
