Completely agree, definately need more contrast. Sometimes I really have problems seeing what unit is active... so there is no mod out there?

I absolutely love this game! Been playing for decades and I was always looking for a great MOM successor. Tried nearly everything (Warlock, FFH etc) but this is the first game that really nails it. I think it's sad there is nearly no media coverage for the game, I haven't found a single German side where it was tested. I know it's up on Gamespot, IGN and such but I wonder why it's not on other mags/sites. Did you refuse to pay for an add campaign? ;) Anyway... keep up

Thanks again guys, beat my first game with Warlord Verga and 7 Juggernauts in his army. Was actually a piece of cake as soon as the first Juggernauts joined my army.

I guess my main problem was the army itself, I have no real clue how to update their equipment (the tutorial is pretty poor in that area and Stardocks Servers were down so I couldn't download the manual). Ok thanks! How do I get more thann6 units in my army, is this a tech too? Can I do something to weaken the defenders of the city? Its mainly the city guards thatbtear my units apart... out in the field, they don't stand a chance.

I put all my cities on spots with at least 2 mana ressources as far as I remember (7 cities so far). Not sure if I put unit enhancing spells on, you mean this +1 Initiative / +1 Health? I doubt this will change everything...?! My main issue is that I do not understanding how I get better units besides the heroes. Is there a tech I need? So far I only got new units with archery. Hi there, picked up Legendary Heroes a few weeks ago and now I have the time to play it. :) So far I played two games on the lowest difficulty setting.
