Are spells set in stone when gotten, or can they be modified by research,at cast time or in someother way?(ex researching something that gives you more damage with a specific element or being albe to increase the casting cost for damage/larger area of effect) Not exactly game related, but chance of a lore book?(Would be nice to have a detailed book including a few short stories with the CE) Will we be able to save combat replays?(like my old idea here )</p
Got it on Impulse Saturday. The review left out how easy it is to abuse stealth. Just walk into a moveable object to move it so you can't be seen while stealth comsuming a target. Heck, it seems like it only matters that only nearby people don't see you and not ones far away even if they are facing in your direction. Plus it is only you that needs to be hidden, your target can be in plain view. Plus once you start no one sees you in the process of consuming eve
While there is a lot of discussion about how to get new spells and what spells should be like, I haven't seen anything about how spells could be improved once you have them. I can think of two ways: research or 'leveling' them up through use. I don't think research would be a good idea because it would prevent you from getting new spells. The upgrade to an exsiting spell would have to be large to delay getting a new spell. The second way would be very in
Fire + Earth = Metal and/or Glass Stone melts to form glass and it would make sense for Earth magic to be able to pull metal from the ground and for Fire to melt the metal to make things like spikes. Glass/metal storms or spikes would be very interesting. Glass could be the result of a low level Fire and Earth combination with metal resulting from more powerful Fire and Earth spells. Working with the lightning idea from Landisuarus, we could produce a spell that

Is this book something that will be available (as part of the manual?) to the players? I'm a big fantasy fan, and I'd like to learn more about the world we'll be playing in, and how it evolved from t
Given what has been said about how epic combat in Elemental will get, I think it would be nice for players to be able to share their best battles with eachother. At the end of each battle there should be an option to save a replay of it. The replay should then be viewable from a 'View Replays' option on the main menu. To keep replays valid between different versions of the game there are two options. The first is store all data for older versions of Elemental and hav
