Video problems after playing in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. After I have finished playing GalCiv2, my screen starts to act a little wierd. Minimizing and maximizing windows is noticeably slower, and fully maximizing a window seems to struggle to make the last little bit. My screen also starts to flicker in width, even though the difference in width is less than 1 cm, it becomes quite distracting. Is my video card crapping out on me, or is i
