No Steam Activation key for The Political Machine 2020: The Founding Fathers DLC in Accounts and Activation Help Stardock Forums

I purchased The Political Machine 2020 and The Founding Fathers DLC and only received an activation code for the game and no activation code for the DLC. When I activated the code, Steam only activated the game and not its DLC. Every time I close Legendary Heroes I get a "LegendaryHeroes.exe - No Disk" pop-up error message advising me: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk2\DR2." At the bottom are three buttons allowing me to Cancel , Try Again , or Continue . I have to click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the pop-up box six times to close it.
