I'm very worried about the decision to hire this guy. It's like to hire Hiromichi Tanaka for your new MMO... Civ5 was the biggest disappointment since MOO3. I was happy when Jon Shafer left Firaxis, I thought maybe someone else can fix this mess, it can't get any worse.

Perhaps let the sovereign regen 5-10% of his max mana per turn? In the beginning you will still regen 1 point per turn, but when you are more powerfull your mana regen will be better. But I don't understand why all my children can regen mana/hp in battle, but my sovereign can't.

I think there can be a problem if there was a goodie hut on that tile. Last game I couldn't expand my city in such a tile. btw, is there a way to remove forest? I find it annoying to build my citys arround a forest, mountains can be lowered, but I can't cut down a forest?

Is there a way to marry inside your own kingdom? So if I don't want to lose my daughter to my neighbor, can I marry her to one of my champions instead?
