This is great. I bought Bad company 2, F.E.A.R complete and Jedi knight complete in the last 15 mins. All for less then $30. Awesome. I can`t wait to see what the rest of the week brings.

Anyone who played GC2 play this? I haven`t bought it, I`m unsure about it. From what I`ve seen it incorporates alot of GC2 mechanics in a fantasy suit. Is that accurate?

How about Alpha Centauri 2. I can`t go from the stone age to space age anymore. IMO civ is played out.

I fully except Activision/Blizzard to turn Battle.net Into a steam competitor. I hope they do. We as PC game player`s need that competition. Steam as the only route to PC games is a terrible thing. I don`t want to be forced to use steam. It`s happening right now. Most PC games are using steamworks. It drive`s me mad, I understand Dev`s and Pub`s need to protect their property. I`m all for that. Steamworks is fine for DD. If I buy a box at retail, I don`t want steam forced down my throat.

Steam is the best DD service. There is no way around that. I own 6 games on impulse, I own 62 on steam. The great magority of new PC games are using steamworks for DRM and MP functionalty. Civ 5, Fallout New vegas and DoW2 Retribution are steam games. You can`t compete with that. I don`t like it, I`m a Valve fanboy. Did anyone else have alot of performance problem`s with Civ4? I own vanilla plus the two expansions, Once the map became filled improvement`s there was ALOT of stuttering frame rates happening. It killed the game for me, I can`t enjoy something that ran so poorly. I first tried the game with a AMD X2 2.8 ghz, 3GB ram, 8800GT 512, Vista 32 bit. It ran like shit no matter the graphic settings. I then upgraded to an ATI 4870 1 GB and it still run`s
