Using the new galciv2memtextwinxp6 and dropped the background star density to 500 the game is MUCH faster and the crashes vanish (so far). The autosave is also MUCH faster. In the right direction..... BTW AMD xp 2800 + 2gb ram + swapfile=3gb + audigy 2zs + gforce 6600 + xp pro sp2 + all latest fixes / drivers

Yes, but that is not what i say.... If you have say, 6/10 diferent ships going to a point x,y and you zoom in x,y you see a small circle in the exact location and the ETA of the ships. That don't appear after save/exit/reload.......

The error is CTD LOL. Is the first time this version crash on me. only beta 3 as crashed before.

2 - In the economic screen you have in the expense itens one that say lease xxx. Is better (i think) if it say lease yyy at 3 weeks, zzz at 20 weeks, total lease xxx. This way, is beter to calculate your next turns income / expenses....
7 - If you send a ship / fleet to point x,y it place info reporting time to arrival and a circle in the exat location. Reloading the game that don't appear.
