If you go to the menu and make a new save, then restart and load that one, does the turn button come back? That generally does the trick when this issue occurs. Ok, I'll try that the next time this problem occurs. Thanks!
In my current game the Turn-button turns invisible occasionally (i.e. only the "metallic" button background is visible). After that happens there's no way to end the turn, the only way to continue is to close the game and load the latest save. After loading the save I can play a few turns until the same thing happens again.
