I had the same problem, coincidentally enough also buying the collectors edition from Play.com. Using the link above worked for me though. In this case, all I can think of is triple check you're typing in the right code (even if you have already, can't hurt to try again), not using 0 instead of O or Q or I instead of L and so on. Or hope staff see this and can help.
