Agreeing with most things. As a tip, make smaller posts with less points; I can imagine a lot of people miss out due to seeing that huge wall of text and instantly going "tl;dr" on you. Also would make it easier to reply and give feedback.
Agreed on 19.5 points. First half of 9 is pretty minor...
I agree with this. Having more substance in regards to picking up your first few followers gives them a deeper emotional tie; your kingdom isn't that one that just popped up in this convenient location, it's the one founded by escaped slaves, destitute farmers, a ruined merchant guild looking for a new start and an old warlord that wants a new cause to fight for. It adds a bit of flavour and meaning to your faction and the world in general.
I'd be intersted in knowing this as well. My bank has much hate for internet transactions, but grudgingly accepts Paypal. Any information on this issue would be appreciated.
