[quote who="Ron Lugge" reply="12" id="2325359"] In fact, no one has said that they are 100% certain they will be selected, which honestly surprised me. Doesn't surprise me. SD hasn't said who it will be bringing in, and even if you take a 'hand-picked team', the question is which previous games will they pull from? Sins gamma test? Demigod? GalCiv 2 ToA? Or, instead of porting whole teams, are they just going to grab a person here, a perosn there.

@Star - Star Trek Online . Given I have less then ten hours a week free time and currently have a sub to LotRO and with two new fav franchises coming out in MMO land I dont know what I'll do... I guess STO would be my first choice if it is done right then SW:TOR followed by LotRO if I had to pick. Sadly enough three to four hours a week is not much time for any serious progression so I may have to make some hard choices unless they all offer lifesubs th

I have been using W7 for over seven months now and I must say it is what I expected with XP to be honest. It is without a doubt M$ OS opus. If it was 64b only life would be good on the PC front. [e digicons]:banhammer:[/e]

I firmly disagree. I think the highly stylized, dare I say classical fantasy art motif is exceptionally fitting for this title. This is especially so given the foundation the entire enterprise is based on.

About modding, we would need to establish community standards for things and it would be nice if we could keep the files in a zip or rar archive. Then maybe one of the real programmers in the community would make a program for checking things.

@Bingjack - Hmm... Maybe you misread my post or are reading too much into it. I love BW and have purchased every game they published excluding the ones with EA DRM on them. Additionally, I'm not claiming that anything nefarious is going on behind the scenes and given BWs founder is a VP at EA I have some hopes for the company for what it is worth. That however does not change my mind that EAs (as well as others) draconian DRM methods are pure evil. You can call such an opinion "childish" if y
