For me the absolute best system SD could come up with would be one based on the Crusader Kings system developed by Paradox. It was pretty much a heraldry simulation with a strategy game built on top. It is one of my most cherished gaming experiences. I only wish PI would have invested more into it and fix some of its short comings. I also hope a CKII is in the works for the future.</p

[e digicons]:wc:[/e] Shoot there could always be a "show sigs" option put into the UCP for those that dont like them. But sigs are "supported" you just need to copy and paste them into each of your posts. I know it's humbug but the functionality is there. I do think SD should allow them via the UCP however. See this example: Spartan --------

The purpose for copyright is simply to provide incentive (limited legal monopoly) to be more creative for the ultimate benefit of society. Additionally copyright does not go back to antiquity. It came about around the same time as the printing press and public literacy but that is a discussion for another day... well Gutenberg invented printing in the 16th century, but

To be in control over your own produced intellectual works is a very important civil liberty (mostly in regards to written work, admittedly). It has a very old tradition, going back to antiquity. What they did was illegal in Sweden and they will be punished, as soon as the high court makes a new ruling about the severity of their punishment. Sadly enough for the "law" there are already a couple clones of TPB up and running (please dont anyone ask me for links). There was a torrent of the entire site made (over 21GBs) and at last count it was already DL nearly 20k times. While I dont agree with copyright infringement in general - it not piracy unless there is a profit motive contrary to popular spin and it is not theft unless physical goods are taken away from someone. AoW was different in a number of areas. For starters, its maps were built like HoMM, not like MoM. They were noisy with little things to be found, and cities were not as influenced by their location as MoM cities were. City building did n
