If the city you cast it on has troops stationed in it, what happens to them?

I want an expansion about the Drath being expelled from the planet.
I think the changes to Jugs are pretty interesting. Now I think I will make all types of variants. I would like something added so Diplomats and Betrayers could actually use their influence abilities. They have silver tongue and broken loyalties, but don't get a lot of use out of silver tongue and probably can't try Broken Loyalties more than once and that would be very late game.
Picked it up this weekend and only played a few hours in. Loving it so much. Great tactics game. Really enjoying it.
Ironeer women are pretty tough, I would hide behind them too.
When you train soldiers, you will notice they are little groups of 3 guys. AS you unlock research, you can increase that to 4, 5 and 7. This means it will have more hp and do more damage.
The problem with the balance of the Pariden and Resoln races, is this: If I am going to create a custom faction, what are my options? Men, Trogs, Ironeers, and Quendar have useful bonuses and a special troop. Why, for any reason pick Amarians or Wraith as the race to form your faction? There is really no good reason, so in this, the lack of balance limits my choices. I'm not saying make them all completely equal, I am simply saying make them valid choices. &n
The problem with balance, is the use of the word balance. It seems to mean different things to different people. Danger: Hyperbole ahead!!! In WoM, I would ask, "Why do my soldiers who sword and board do 1 point of damage while the ones that use 2 handed weapons do 100K points of damage? Why would I ever use a one handed weapon and shield?" To me, that is a balance issue. Bad balance takes away choices, good balance makes multiple choices viable.
Oh, that's strange, I'm surprised they didn't respond, they usually do pretty quickly like Zubaz did in this thread.
I look down on most women. Most Asians too. What? They tend to be much shorter than I am...
It's funny and kind of hypocritical of me to say this, but I agree that a turn based strategy game that takes 20 hours to complete would not be a good game to play multiplayer. I believe that at the same time I spent many weekends playing Romance of the Three kingdoms with friends as a kid, and at this moment I am in months long games of Dominions 3. Most TBS games have to be designed with one of those modes as primary in mind and if they have the other mode, it'
Big yes on Fallen Enchantress. It's a great game. But, don't get discouraged early on if you start playing and it seems brutally difficult. It looks harder than it actually is, with big scary monsters all over the place, but you can learn pretty fast how to deal with it. It's really a fun game, lots of options most games don't have.
Nobody ever seems to bring up Capcom for some reason.
I never use email support for any company. I've never tried Stardocks, but I find sending emails usually pretty worthless. But here, you should make a post about your problem and you will get help a lot faster I bet. Stardock monitors the forums more than any other company I have ever seen.
That's a good point. Because right now, you would never not pick that over other choices.
Brutal nature to 50% wouldn't be as big a nerf as you think. They get a +100% for just being a Jug, and then another +100% damage for brutal nature. I think they should remove the brutal nature buff all together. 300% damage is way silly high.
[quote who="Frogboy" reply="37" id="3285898"] Quoting Lord Xia, reply 34Sucks that Brad will probably wear the albatros of stereotypical misogynist bosses in game development forever, even though it's far from the truth. I think that unlikely. I think what is more likely is that it'll be a case study of the excesses of Internet "justice" when the facts come out. I don't plan to be quiet regarding the outcome and highlighting the hate and
Sucks that Brad will probably wear the albatros of stereotypical misogynist bosses in game development forever, even though it's far from the truth.
Hard to say yet, a lot of the ones that have been successfully kickstarted haven't been finished and released yet. I think it's really too soon to tell yet.
[quote who="Xan" reply="26" id="3285853"] I could be the most sexist, racist, homophobic, anti-puppy bastard in the world but I wouldn’t allow that to get in the way of business even if I were that way. That would be insane. You have to wonder what some of these people out there are thinking (or perhaps they’re just not thinking). For the sake of argument are you saying that it's ok to be sexist, racist and homophobic as long as you "don't allow that to get
Yea, there is no way to change this. I wish we could arrange the units before combat, but at least the initial placement has gotten better with normal troops like archers. But, yea, would like to see my sov in front if he is a bad ass warrior.
I would love if we had the option of predefined starting locations for the map. Would be awesome.
I really despise us. Us being the internet posting gamer. What a vile bunch of mouth breathing, misogynist, racist buffoons we seem to be. Immature and egocentric, filled with feelings of powerlessness and rejection we fill the Internet with postings of hatred toward women as they are the purest testimony of our pathetic nature. We greatly desire them, and they greatly detest us. How dare they not swoon as we recite Monty Python quot
Yea, 19 out of 20 times, the bear cub is an easy kill, but every now and then they get a dodge and some lucky mauls. Little bastards.
Fucking bear cubs.
