I've had problems with Nvidia drivers in the past.(even using the most updated drivers) on other games that is. That's why I switched to using other drivers. You could give these drivers a try http://www.driverheavendownloads.net/zeropoint.htm
I just wanted to pop in here and say that I'm heading out later today to pick this game up. And that one of the MAJOR things that is making me do that instead of waiting till I can find it in the used game store, is the no DRM. (well that and everything I have heard about this game is that it's a great game.) Sure with the no DRM I could get a copy of it.
