Organized was over powerful becuase it allowed you to carry around the powerful but slow units and it neglated your sovern down to a taxi that could toss out a few spells. for me it just costs a bit more to put boots cloak and horses on my units so they are able to move quickly my soverns stack still has a movement of 4-5 just can't carry around the OP summon creatures and move that quickly anymore so I just leave those to defend cities which they do a very good job at and with roads be

What your sugesting is some major rework on both sides of the table not just a few little tweaks. I can only imagine the number of bugs that would pop up while reworking both sides into what you are sugesting. I like alot of the ideas that you are sugesting but even if they do decide to follow up on this type of idea it would be about 6 months before the changes come out then another month patching the little bugs that pop up becuase of it. I believe the unit sizes and techs are ment to balance out kingdome and empire. Empire is able to get the better weapons quicker but kingdome can form the larger squads. If you start breaking the squad l;imits on the empire side then you will have to give the kindom side quicker access to better weapons. Pretty soon their won't be a diferance between kingdom and empire and you may as well start calling it WOW.

I like the changes made to range combat. Archers are actually viable now. It use to be a miss fest when using any type of ranged combat spells or bows but now WOW you are able to tear stuff up before it even gets near your heroes. I would complain about the number of non-reqruitable heros running around but I read on another post that this problem is all ready getting fixed tomorrow. Side note had a funny bug where one of my daughters age 5 was one of those non-reqruitables

Oh yeah forgot to mention balance out equipment costs I am not sure why it costs less to make a squad of troops all with maces cost less then it would to buy a mace for myself think it was mentioned before but would be nice to be able to loot enemy heroes and soverns for their gear and stuff for some reason a dagger is worth more then most heroes

Hero Quests - Having heroes join you after completing quests to get to know the hero better ie after helping a town fight off a bandit raid the town champion swears alleigance to your cause or as you search a wretched caravan you find a wounded survivor that needs medical attention. then after carring this person to your town the doctor informs you he needs special herbs to cure them. or the random noble girl whom you escorted saftly to her home becomes infactuated with you.

Personally I think it would be nice if they let us attach guards to a caravan to help protect them. I don't know how many I lost to 3hp lowbie wolves that happen to spawn right on the road that any peasant with a stick could kill.

The second resource tech under quests gives you 2 farms right by your cities. personally I don't find myself needing much food and am always running a surplus. the only cities that need to level up are the ones attached to gold mines, arcane temples, or lost libraries. leveling up all the cities is kinda pointless since there is no benifit without the specilization.
