When playing the campaign. I saved before I met the farmer at the beginning. When I met him, I read the story he told and scrolled all the way to the bottom of that story. I played a bit more and then reloaded. This time when I encountered the farmer the only the first line of the story was visible. It turned out that the story was still scrolled to the bottom, but it showed only the first line. Scrolling to the top again fixed the problem so this is definetely just a glitch

I had a similar problem once and it turned out to be the antivirus protection that were interfering. I turned it off and the problem was gone.

I have the same problem and have had i for some time. I tried to find a pattern to it but it seems to be the same as you said. It happens after I close a panel of some sort.
