People are represented individually. The one person who starts in your town is really 1 person. The 5 person squad is called an 'army' by the game because it's the only title it can give when multiple units are put together. Turn length and such isn't concrete yet. They're focusing on making gameplay work well without worrying about 'realistic' timing and such and then they'll making the timing work.
Really?

I'd like to know what the numbers in the game are supposed to represent. I start off with 1 citizen with my town, does that mean 1 guy? Or does that mean 100 people? I would think it's supposed to be 100, which would also make sense with the armies you create which require 1 citizen. It's kind of hard to imagine an army walking around that has only 5 people in it, yet it says that it is an army when you click on an enemy force. How long are the turns supposed to represent

I like that Stardock is really looking at the different race populations issue. I myself am really hoping they come up with a good plan that works, and retains the multiple populations. But, why do you need multiple populations of different races in a city if they don't have populations move from city to city? In MoO2 you can move different race pops to different worlds, but in MoM you take a city and whatever was there is there; there isn't any moving of races to different cities. Pe

The only game that I know of that has two races living and growing side by side is MoO2. I thought it was really neat how it was implimented too. I'm not sure about MoO3 because I forget that forgetable game, but I always thought it added to the realism and fun of the game where you could have populations of other races and transplant them to wherever willy nilly. On the planet Orion, I used to always transplant 2 of each captured race to that planet to essentially make it my universa

I had the exact same problem. Although I tested it by moving a few places away from that area, wham same thing. I'm going to have to test to see if it's always like this for the third city or not.

Yeah I liked that about MOO2! MOO was basically the same format as Galciv2 though, which I did kind of think was a letdown when I played Galciv2. Populations of different intelligent species should mean something, if done right it can add flavor to the game, if not then it makes them seem innocuous.

It will look like the Beta Journal Walkthrough correct? If so thats ok. He did show what the landscape looked like at the end with all the grass and stuff, so i'm not sure why he couldn't play through with that look instead of the paperish map look for the countryside.

And so do I, I think the inclusion of multiple races enhances the game. It is afterall a fantasy setting . . . Nor are we the only ones to think so: https://forums.elementalgame.com/371166 Watch the video.
They process the order either when Access is given, or when you start downloading the build In order to download the build, you need to have a valid EWOM serial key associated with your e-mail and that requires to have your order processed
I have only an order number in the reciept, so how does one get a valid EWOM serial key?

Same here! Although I am posting some 8 hours after you did, I still hope to get in. I already feel like a post release beta tester for two games, Oblivion, and Hearts of Iron III. Both run horribly, both have many overlooked problems with game play. Although Oblivion was basically given up back in 2007 by its developer, Hearts of Iron III is still being worked on and slowly improved. Oblivion had me trying again and again to get it running on my computer since it was released
