build time display inconsistent in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

quite often build times of either buildings or ships listed in either planet view or colony list view will be different.. also there seems to be a zero turn bug... i.e. it shows that item is zero turn to complete yet it wont complete in the next turn, and sometimes stays like that for a few turns..
