Changing Homeworld in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Why is it not possible to change my homeworld planet if the button is still there... I'd like to get an official respone please... all I can find is what people "think" we can or cannot do. Thanks.

Is 1.72b available somewhere? It's not showing up on Stardock Central, even with betas enabled.
