Any chance of being able to play the copy I will buy on the Epic game store on GeoForce Now? You can stream both GalCiv 2 and 3 from the Epic Game Store on GeoForce Now already. Why not 4? You still have to buy it on Epic to play it there. My computer runs like a 90's toaster oven. I have to stream my games through GeoForce Now. Please make this available to us peasants that cannot get new graphics-heavy machines. Thanks.

Is there any chance we will see GalCiv IV support for Nividia's GeForce NOW in 2023? My computer sucks, and I can't afford a new one. If I want to play great games, I have to stream them through GeForce Now. I can currently stream GalCiv III and other Stardock games linked to my Epic account on Geforce, just not IV. I would gladly buy GalCiv IV in the Epic Game Store at the full price if I could stream it through GeForce Now.
Are there plans to allow streaming of GalCiv4 on the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service? While designing quests for the Yor, do not forget about the Dark Yor minor race. I always assumed the Dark Yor was a hyper-evil offshoot of the Yor. How about a quest that tells the story of this schism, maybe a rebellion-type event? I've done the opt in. I seem to be OK on the majority of planets. I seem to be only getting the freeze on planets with a lot of terrain, animals, or mineral spawns. From best I can tell, it happens to me on planets with a lot going on. If the animals are few I can make it thru, but when it looks like a zoo, I freeze, even with the opt in.

I am having the same issue. I was fine until about 5 hours into the game when suddenly after landing on a plant the game freezes, I can still hear the audio, then the game just shuts down back to desktop. I have uninstalled the game twice with no luck. Does anyone know a work around?
I've been playing with an corded Xbox controller with no problems. I actually prefer it to the board and mouse.

I'm digging SC:O! My main problem is my aging PC is having a hard time keeping up. I've been using an X-box controller to play. Is SC:O coming to consoles? That would be the bee's knees! If so do you have a rough ballpark ETA?

It looks like the original developers of Starflight are trying to get some backing to make a 3rd installment. With Star Control: Origins and Starflight 3 it is starting to look like the late 80's, early 90's for sci fi games. I'm stoked! I hope they get backed and this isn't vaporware.
