Game Crashes in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I can get to the main menu and set up a game. When I click next and try to run and actual game it takes me to the loading screen, displays a Hint, waits ten seconds then crashes. I went to microsoft.com and made sure I had all the latest Direct X drivers. Anyways this is what the debug.err file says...
