Any possibility you could sue the retailer for breach of contract or something? Seems like them breaking the street date caused many of the problems.

Its 15 min past ghost hour here, I got a heck of an cold and that and tiredness probably is what's making my head spin and I haven't got any confirmation that my preorder is ok. Going to bed now and is hoping that everything will be smelling of roses when I wake up tomorrow :)

God, this thread scared the pants out of me. Just bought a copy for me and my wife and missed that the thread was concerning XP 64-bit and not win-7 64bit which I got :)
