Try use in skin studio: menu tools - windows blinds - normalize image filenames. After normalize files try apply skin.
Hi I have problem with skin refreshing. When i change picture name for transluent caption window for example and apply theme then happpen two things: all is fine for normal apps but for explorer based windows nothing happen.
