We live in magical times, my friends. I've talked about the challenge of building a 4th generation game engine over at IGN. Stardock's first attempt at building a 3rd generation engine failed pretty spectacularly (Elemental). Galactic Civilizations II was arguably a 2nd generation (upgraded) engine. Its code base could be traced back to 1997. So by the time it was released, it was almost 10 years old.
I wouldn't say "pretty spectacularly" at least

Just set that up myself yesterday. There is a setting as to whether you are using side by side monitors or one for both. Sounds like you may have this set wrong. If you don't figure this out tonight, I'll check tomorrow and post that setting. Hopefully that is your problem.
No, its okay as is it. I think Morrigan with that Ereogs Amulett is even better as an evil Paladin. Wasnt there a Stardock update lately? New stamina system...is this the battle wisdom from ur mod? Too bad they didnt fix that city radius bug after reloading a savegame. I wouldn't mind getting a nice curved monitor. You'd have to pay me to get a curved TV though. I'm pretty sure I read an article way back where the only reason they started making them curved was it was cheaper with that particular tech. So then the marketing team went into overdrive to convince us that curved TV's are AWESOME. The problem with that is there is one sweet spot for curved screens, ideal for a computer monitor, not so much for a TV in a living/media room. Unless you go sup
Who else would enjoy seeing some cheaters go to prison?
I would totally enjoy it! However I certainly don't want to see my tax dollars wasted on making it happen. I'm not saying I like the other wasteful spending, but certainly I don't want to add to it.
Have you thought about asking the community to help with translations? Or if that is not to your tastes, giving a brief guide(or allowing if its not something that is moddable atm) so the community can if they so chose make translations of their own? Edit: You could make a competition for it or something [e digicons]:)[/e] (Im sure a free code for this or that is cheaper than your current route)
&
Its likely the Power Supply.
Or possibly a heat issue. Running some type of program watching/logging heat would figure this out right away. Could be as simple as taking heat sink/cooler off and re-applying thermal paste and putting back together.
Is the Creator's Update labeled as such when it shows up?
I looked that up a couple days ago, and IIRC it is version 1703. So maybe look for that as well. My test computer is still on the previous version and haven't seen anything about it getting updated yet, so no actual experience with that myself.
Still running 7, but I wouldn't buy a copy today if building a new rig. I would get a copy of 10 and figure out how to best tweak it to suit my needs.
I probably would have gone that route if: a. Setting it up one time would definitely stick. Meaning no checking after every damn update to see if they have reset to spying on you. b. I believed that they have actually admitted to, and put in place control
