This happens alot to me.Ive only played like 4 games to any extent so far,and this happens multiple times per game to me. A caster who has the mana, loses the ability to cast spells. *sometimes the "cast" bar goes away and doesnt want to come back-reload often fixes this *sometimes all the spells but raise land and lower land cant be cast, even though i have more than enough mana.Yet for some reason those two can be cast -reload often fixes this. But there
I was just able to do it again.Just give the build order, then before you place it zoom out, and then click on an enemy town.
Sorry i dont have any real info on how it happened.I didnt notice it til after it had successfully built, and had no reason to keep track of what id been doing at the time. But ive only played 3 games so far,and ive had this the once,so its likely more common than thought and reproducible.Since my last game (third) has now fallen to the "turn wont end" bug,ill be playing a fourth today, and ill do what i can to reproduce it.
I noticed during play, that a house i had issued an order to be build in one city, appeared after it was built like 3 cities away in the middle of another factions city. When i look at the house, it has the name of the city its part of,but its no where near it, and in fact inside another factions city.Which is like 3 cities away.
Sadly i ran into another cause of this today. Some units, dont die upon reaching zero health. And when they dont die in combat, they cause the game to get stuck. Situation was roughly this. I engaged a stack in combat. We entered the combat screen and they moved their units.I then noticed that 2 of the four units were at zero health, but were still alive and moving.I had not attacked them yet at this point, they had just completed their opening moves.I attacked those two units, and
Be very careful with overuse of spells that "destroy" hexes or cities. The spells uses come with a morale hit to your units, that can cause the units (even heirs and heroes) to defect .
They actually currently can defect.I was toying with this yesterday, and was able to get large amounts of my heirs and heroes to defect to other kingdoms . So at least part of the mechanism is there to expand from to incorporate other conditions and reactions for heroes and heirs shifting allegiances. I also saw a heir to a kingdom that was destroyed, wandering around the map, still flagged for the destroyed kingdom. Its probably a bug,but it shows they can exist past the
new player here, some questions: *ive lost the ability to equip items on my soveriegn, bug ? *how do transport ships work ?Do they have a limit on how many units they can carry ?-K figured this one out.
