Interesting, in the picture above it looks like you can build it outside of your area of influence. Is that right?

In regards to #5: I meant how do you create your own factions under the Kingdoms or Empires that you can choose from when you create a new game that your sovereign controls. 6. I just got Mounted Combat in my game and when I designed a mounted warrior it said I needed Horses or Wargs to use them. How do you get them? I didn't see any where on the map that had them, I saw wild wolves but I don't think those were it. And I didn't see a building for my cities that they could build to get
