I wonder if I needed to start a new game for that fix to take effect?

I just got Ascian for the first time, and was very surprised he only had 2 moves (all cats have at least 4, shouldn't he/she/it?). So, I dispelled Tireless March from my sovereign, so I could cast it on the ninja kitty, and while it's dispelled, I'm unable to re-cast it as it's still greyed out in my spellbook. Ascian should have 3-4 moves Tireless March should be able to get re-cast if dispelled (and I think it should be able to be cast on multi
