Yes. I've had major midgame performance issues since launch. Graphics get choppy and there is quite a bit of lag after I reveal more than a small amount of the map. Reducing the graphics options helps a little bit, but doesn't resolve it. This has very slightly improved since the patches from launch to make it playable midgame, but it still makes it quite a drag. Also get a fair number of crashes as you are. My compu

Just going to bump this so that this issue stays alive. I'm personally running windows XP - could that be the culprit? Are you other guys using windows 7?

Glad to see that Stardock is aware of this issue. I've supported Stardock since Galciv 1 and I've come to expect excellent post-release support (far surpassing any other game company) so I'm hoping they can fix this issue. From what I've played FE is very well crafted, this midgame FPS issue is just making it unplayable. Did anyone encounter this in the beta? Or is this new since release?

I've turned off the outlines and in fact put the graphics settings to the lowest level and yet the issue persists. Massive FPS hit in the midgame. Others are having the same issue - someone posted a video of it on another thread. Hey, just want to say that I have the same issue. Windows XP, a solid nvidia card, a modern computer. It isn't a problem with my hardware being able to handle modern games. The game starts out fine at 60 fps, but about midgame the fps drops to around 10-20. Taking off all the bells and whistles (ie shadows, terrain objects, anti-aliasing, pedestrians, reducing resolution... everything) only help a little bit. It's still pretty
