I know this is completely random, but did anyone else literally laugh out loud at the opening screen that Frogboy put together? It harkened back to the old King's Quest days in the 80s... Or maybe I'm just the only one old enough to get the humor. Well, Frog and I, anyway. Anyway, good times! :D Nice touch.

Just had my first of many freezes. :P But still, very cool to be getting my first glimpse. Got through making a custom leader and custom race, began the game, killed a black widow, explored around a bit more, and then froze. :P Oh, well... Try, try again. ;)

I just got my e-mail with the Serial Number and a link to download the client. WOOT! Love you guys! Now I'm off to have... Absolutely no fun at all with this build of the beta. ;)

Okay, so one more quick question... Should we be getting an e-mail with our serial number at some point so we can register the beta through Impulse? Ooorrr... Will it just show up on our Impulse without a serial number? So far I think we've only received an "Order Number"... This isn't the same as our Serial Number, is it? Thanks again!

So... Three questions... 1 - Even though I have an "Order Number" from my Pre-Order, I'll still need to have a "Serial Number" e-mailed to me to be able to register Elemental, yes? (I pre-ordered on Jan 20th) 2 - Beta still hasn't been opened up to Pre-Order folks yet, correct? 3 - Any word on if it's still going to be opened up to us recent pre-orderers and, if so, when?

Honestly, the more like Master of Magic with tweaks and better graphics and sound and effects, the better... As soon as I read the part about different spell books that you can choose from and assign to your Channeler I practically squeeled with glee. :P

Please tell me that you guys realize that he's talking about the LORE (aka World) of Elemental, and not some vague, obscure reference to an MMO... Come on, people.

I am one of the many who are lamenting that they still don't have any version of the beta yet (Just pre-ordered a few weeks ago)... That being said, the level of response from the devs on these boards is astonishingly good. I've been gaming since the early 80s, and have beta tested many, many, many games, and I can honestly say that I don't rememeber another time during beta when so many people received such fast response to their questions/concerns from the devs. So Bravo
