While going for the tech victory today, I found that my neighbor the Iconion Refuge had a class 72 planet in thier possesion! I don't know how to take a screen shot (as everyone will proberbly think I'm lieing), but I made a savegame of it. No mods involved, it was stinking awesome! Are you all taking day light savings time into account? I don't know if it's used internationally, it's a horrible stupid idea, but unfortunitly a lot of people here in teh US are attached to it (except where I'm from, Arizona, we don't have it, unfortunitly I'm out of state for school .

I have friends who want a Firefly mod. I'll have to get them searching the net for Firefly fans who know their way around a 3D modelling program. I second that motion. Unless you get the CD package from SD central. That's what I did, but thanks to Stardock, I've done the download, will dl the rest tuesday, and a few days later my cd will arrive via mail. Same content, just a couple days later (I like having a hard copy of games, it makes my purchase seem more "real"). And all for the same price as what I'd get from buying it at EB or Best Buy (preorder or regualr online purchase, they have neitehr store here).</fo

In the tutorials file, the tutorials jump from #14 (Starbases), to #20 (Invasions). Are these files supposed to skip like this, or did my download goof up?

If you have to pause a video, selecting a different program seems to work, so long as it's on top. It also pauses if you minimize it.

i like to make ships whose names make me laugh, like the "GIggle Monster", "Ugly Stick", or "Lockjaw". If individual ships are doing good, I may give them more unique/personal names.
