Hi Looking to make a clean start menu in start 11 Haven't found a way to completely remove the sidebar pictured here. Is there a way to do that or is there a future version planned with this option possibly? Or be able to customize the icon size? Remove user icon and shutdown icon? Thanks guys Running windows 11 LTSC 26100.3775 Start 11 v2.52 Windows 10 style <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/23/64/2364864/e1d46d43-8

Thank you Basj I installed and ran start11 in a Windows sandbox. I did not have the same issue. It ran super smooth. So I don't think it had anything to do with: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\ExpandableTaskbar It might just be on my side but it seems you had the same thing so I wonder 🤔 If anyone else wants to try and ship in I am all ears :)

I see a hit between 1-5% Seems pretty high to me. If you look at the explorer.exe it has like 10 hits/second of repetitive hits on HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\ExpandableTaskbar I am not a programmer but that seems excessive and I think it is what is making the high explorer.exe spike. I do have others. like Windhawk but I turned it off. Also when I turn off the taskba

Hi I am having some issues with high explorer.exe usage reproduced by moving the cursor over the taskbar and the CPU jumps. It seems to be occurring in 2.51 and 2.52 don't know previously as I didn't look for it. So after some more digging, it seems to be Windows adding this semi-transparent box. It's visible when you make a new folder. The reason it is less so is because of the color of the built-in folders in Windows. As I use a dark background and blue folder it is just painstakingly obvious. I guess this is where the program shows its age or it is just something not even the great Stardock can work around? ;)

Hi Is there any way to remove the annoying white background in live folders? It bothers my delicate mind to no end lol Also. This poor app has not seen an update since ancient times. *request* Edition Windows 11 Version 24H2 OS build 26100.2894 Edit: Added Windows version

Hi. Have a question about the colors of the start menu search 1. The default color in the search box is white when I click start. Could I make it dark/the same as my chosen background? Or better yet. Hide it until I type something that pops me into the attached picture? 2. After I start typing and the search comes up I get this picture. It is dark with black glyphs (Any way to make th

Hello Basj Just realized you been with us for a long time here. Awesome My display is set to 175% I could set it to 200% or even 300% but I prefer not to mess everything else up as it is just the app I am looking to fix. Anyway I went back to startallback for now as it seems this is not a feature yet.
