Increasing Ship Supply/Cap Ship limits problem. in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I've been trying to increase the limits for cap ships and fleet supply but nothing changes in the research window when I load the game up. I have all the files in a mod folder and it is enabled in the mod screen. This is for the Rebellion expansion. Here is what I changed: modifierType "CapitalShipMaxSlots" baseValue 1.000000 perLevelValue 2.000000 And</
