[quote who="GFireflyE" reply="72" id="3168427"] I voted "no I will never buy games that require it". I've thought about it long and hard with several games before coming to this decision, so I shall explain: Reason #1: Will steam/impulse/etc be around forever, garenteeing my ability to play the game I've purchased in the future? That's a big gamble. I love going back to games I've previously played....Master of Magic comes to mind. I'd hate to FI

I have had steam since they started out and I just love it. Never had any big issues with them either, nothing but great things to say about steam. As others I was very very skeptical about steam and Impulse but they both have been very good, GOG.com to! I had this idea in my head that steam would suck and I would never use it, but im so glad that I smacked myself across the head and said "GROW UP AND GIVE IT A DAMN TRY!! STOP BEING IGNORANT OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER TR

Cosign!!!! Awesome improvement!!! Its alot more stable also and its definatly more of a challenge! Now if only this game had a coop along the lines of Total War Shogun2, I would be in heaven! hehe Keep up the hard work! Its paying off!

Very good work!!!! Its definatly more of a challenge (atleast for me so far in my 1st game of this new beta) and the main thing is the improvement in optimization!!! Ive played for about 3 hours and NO CRASHES!! In the last beta I had a good number, but so far its ran very well! Awesome job! Also it might just be me but the character selection screen,etc.. seems more organized? I might just be imagining things, but anyways, so far so good! Keep up the good work,

The only multiplayer I want is COOP with a friend...WITH TACTICAL battles! I just cannot play this game without tactical battles. As I have said many times.. my friends dont own Elemental, but they would be very veyr interested if they could play it with me in COOP with tactical battles (kind of like how Total War Napoleon and Total War Shogun2 do the coop campaign). There really is no reason for me to play the multiplayer that is in the game now though, as

People actually play the campaign? Thought it was more of a tutorial? Isnt the meat and potatoes of the game in the sandbox mode? Like Dawn Of Discovery and Tropico3

Medium and Large for me. I use to play Large more before, now its a mix of large and medium. I wouldn't mind a larger option though if there is 64bit support (:

I know at least 5 people that would buy Elemental if you could do full games as described with tactical battles and all. So like me and a friend or two could start a game and either work together against computer or work on our own. That would be alot of fun. I love the game already but coop multiplayer with the tactical battles,etc.. would be just wicked as more of my friends would get it then (:

I love how the game is now at 1.1 personally. Its alot more fun and improved. I get a crash once in awhile, but not very often. Game is awesome and Ill be buying alot more stardock games in the future. This is just a game for me I guess, but I am loving it. Sure there are still some AI issues and what nto, but the game is tons of fun for me and can have me up for hours sayign ONE MORE TURN!

Get the game I say. Its alot of fun but it does have some issues (ai and a few other thing), but the good far outweigh the bad imo. Its got the same addicting gameplay as MOM and Civilization imo. I keep saying just one mroe turn then its 2-4 hours later. I have already gotten my moneys worth in this game and its onyl goign to get better. The game shippped with alot of issues but its been updated alot so far and alot more coming. Cant wait to see what the expansion is
