Step 1: Build a sovereign with 15 strength, dex and constitution, all other stats at 5, no spells, all combat traits and longstrider boots Step 2: Build your first city anywhere and buy him a club Step 3: Roll over all civilisations you come across, upgrade you sovereign in the cities you capture, don't even bother with troops, the AI doesn't attack anyway, and all the "monsters" out in the wilds pretty much have to stumble over your cities or won't do anything either. I voted disappointed too. The game is just not finished. The wandering monsters are a joke, you can leave your cities ungarrisoned all you like, they just walk around a bit and sometimes maybe step on a mine by accident to destroy it. The AI is a joke, you just roll over them without any challenge whatsoever. Heroes with 100 moves and 50 attack/defense are gamebreaking. Add on frequent crashes and it's just... meh. I feel exactly the opposite way. Heroes pay for themselves many times over if you take a few upgrades to the dungeon level. The amount of gildars from treasure chests and such is completely out of balance. 100/200 from the treasure chests, 600 from those level 4 treasury things... I get some heroes, make them grab all that money, meanwhile I've researched the "legendary plate" armor in the magic tree, buy it for all my heroes, slap 200 health rings, 100 attack rings and 50 defense rings on th

Confusion is very funky at the moment. A troll caster was casting confusion on a squad twice a round. After the first round they were at -7800 base attack, the next round they had flipped to positive again and were at 17000 attack, after that the battle was over...
