OK. Been using the new beta release for a few weeks, issues I've found: Restart machine, my dock with systray icons comes up empty. The settings when checked are correct, when i shut off and reset the show systray icons, poof! there they are. Having an icon show up in running apps "Windows desktop gadgets", seems a little silly for this one to show up, hadn't before.

I don't beta often, but most times I have, there is a daily give and take/acknowledgement through forums that 'message is received'. Weather Docklet has to be added onto the dock you wanted. IT WORKS....WOOT! for flyout to work, right click on the icon and choose Custom menu:Flyout Edit:Sorry forgot the flyout I had was originally from previous OD. :( But the weather Docklet is available and does work.
Requests for improvements for Windows 7/Vista: Please have links (My Music, My Pictures, etc.) allow links to corresponding Libraries rather than hard coded to c:\user\{user}\{mediatype}. I do not keep Music and Photo's on those paths..but have adjusted my Libraries to point to them.
Top of screen lcoation for Silver Fox icons/reflections are not correct. Icons are placed to far in front of "deck" causing them and reflections to float in space rather than on the platform.
I had to cancel the order because of this and reorder...sales @stardock.com was pretty quick about canceling.
Ok I'm not one to want to create problems, and I am aware there was some wiggle room in the above statement on the release of a beta, however, I do expect a statement from someone on the current status of the release of the beta as a courtesy for our orders. It's certainly not available in the 'anticipated' 3 weeks (only reason I laid down my money was on expectation of release around 3 weeks). So, when's an expected release date now?
