The prior beta i was cranking kids out at an alarming rate maybe every 5 or ten turns even when i was on the opposite side of the contentent from my wife....[e digicons]o_O[/e] now 47 turns in no kids stayed home for the 15 turns with the wife and still no kids....... am i missing a resource? a spell? maybe it's that damn hero left her with while i was gone....

I know most of these have been discussed after a search of the forums, but would like to cast my vote. Roads. They help me feel like my kingdom is “connected”. Doesn't have to be a huge strategic implementation but could certainly speak to the movement issue and maybe some sort of trade bump.
