You are always so helpful! Now I can get more of your beautiful wall papers... I got lots of room now. I used to have this really neat set of icons called Blue Mountain or something. One day I came accross a notice from the artist that he had withdrawn his icons entirely because something like this had happened. I felt guilty and deleted the ones I had. I have never seen them since. They were very beautiful icons. It was hard to let them go. It is really hard to know when something is public domain and when something is not.

???Moving into a new computer... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I have an e-mail account with 50mbs storage. I created an alias and diverted all incoming into a save folder. I have been e-mailing files I want to save to that account; after I get moved, I will mail them back to myself on the new computer. Can I go into my OD folder and e-mail my downloads that way, email them back when I am ready, and drag them into OD? Once I have deleted all my OD files, and have the empty OD shell, can I e-mail that as well? How do I get the new computer to recognize

Here is a little secret for you, Carlitus! We all grew up taking true, false, multiple choice, and comuterized tests in high school. And at least my college found out (to their great remorse) that their students could no longer write (or spell) at all! Many of the foreign students actually did a better job than we did. So the college I went to, at least, mandated that before anyone else could graduat

I will think about doing that (but they will have to share a monitor). This computer never really had much speed, sometimes it takes more than a minute to boot up in the morning! I am really glad for whoever thought to run that poll (Who does that anyway?).... I was thinking if I just put more memory and another hard drive in I could get some speed. I didn't even know about Mhz and Ghz. And thanks for your kind words juni and Kinrik!
