I've been pulling together a Marathon game. Start one of the gigantic Earth maps in Civ IV, play until military domination or colony ship launch, then switch to Galciv 2 and continue my empire's growth to the stars.
I have an ATI Radeon x850 Pro, and I've yet to see any lights on planets. I've played a few games to completion, as well -- I've had high population planets.
I've done something similar. I have basic hull templates for a snub fighter and "torpedo" bomber available as techs are researched. My later designs appear as their appropriate hulls do, rather than weapons and engines. In addition to that, I've replaced all the Mark 0 ship types for my race of choice. Is there a cheat code that gives your race over to AI control? I'd be interested in watching an all AI game play out.

Hey guys, I love the game. Downloaded it last night, and stayed up much later than I had planned...by about four hours. When I ordered, I chose the option for a CD copy, as well. When can I expect to see it? Are you using normal postal services or someone like UPS or FedEx? Will I be notified when the physical copy of the game ships? The manual also says you can place your own selection of music into the music folder, which the game will select during play.
