I think it would be great if MSN was supported, lots of new features in the freshly release version 7. I dont use aol or any of those, but I'm sure those people would love support too. On that note, I don't think Wincustomize should not support any 3rd party IM clients which do not use their own network, espically those that sell their product.

didnt watch the video, but i do like the new site. last time i checked it out during its first beta unveiling, i really didnt like it. this is a huge improvement, and is very nice.

Halo 2 is great game, but it doesnt compare to Half Life 2 in terms of overall polish. You're really in for a treat, well worth the wait. Kudos to Bungie for the online though, I cant say as much for Valve and the decision to include an elitist online version of Counterstrike rather than a Half Life 2 multi.

i dont use trillian, but i know a lot of peeps who do. trillian 3 skins should be added. as far as other skins go, more professional/usable skins. you need to hire brewman as an onboard artist, he reigns supreme when it comes to that niche. hehe

its a mix of things, but i think my biggest beef (personal taste) visually is how soft it is, and the mix of styles. you have rounded tabs with light bevels and rounded news windows with large shadows, but then you have many of the smaller containers with sharp right edges. Its also a bit interesting seeing the large bold fonts on the right and light narrow fonts on the left. I know its not done, and regardless its still very nice, just some things i noticed.
