Well... as long you dont need to make any coding in it then its fine... you can make the ordinary coding in notepad and make the design in frontpage... a solution too

I have been working with websites for 8 years and even had proff. jobs doing it sometimes. i can tell you if u need to make a forum or something like that i wouldnt recommend Frontpage because of its way to code in but Dreamweaver is a lot better at the coding... if you just need to design and get the main visuals for your site, you can use frontpage. if u need a forum and doesnt know anything about serverside coding you have 2 options... to find a fre

WinFX in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

When does it work with WB5?.... i like both the pulsing alpha and the transparent border so i am waiting for it to work to together... atm it gives me trouble using them both at the same time... sometimes windows freezes to background and the pulsing doesnt work and windows doesnt get skinned.... so i'm waiting for WinFX to be updated as well
