Thanks ID. Downloaded Guru3D - Driver Sweeper Uninstalled ran the cleaner and reinstalled the drivers. My system does run better after doing this but Dreamscapes still eventualy crashes.Still no Cigar. My system is home buildt and always has been a bit Quirkey. Bright side is that it does run better now so thanks again for the advise. :CONGRAT:
I Installed the new drivers from ATI and Descapes at least ran for a little while before everything froze up. Rebooted twice and still the same thing. Had to uninstall Descapes for everything to work normal again.Better this time but still no Cigar for me. I run XP Pro - 2.8Gig Pentium 4 With 2 gig of Ram, ATIx800XT AGP 8x with 256Megs of video ram. Couldn't keep things running long enough to get the CPU meter running. On the bright side my other machine is a Alienware ALX With dual SLI Ca

The wall in the second screenshot is called Subway to Sally by causticFX and is in the wallpaper gallery.
The resolution is not set for your screen size. If the logon does not have a splash screen you can edit it in skinstudio. Select the screen and click the edit button. A screen will apear with a colum of selections at the side called elements. Expand panels select top panel and in the properties box below select style and chose stretched (6).Do the same thing for center panel and bottom panel and select the save button at the top of the screen and it should look fine.

Update showed up today 4.00.168 in Impulse. Still not able to change the CD drive icons Individualy or with IP.
The new update seems to have fixed the activation issue in Packager and Icon Explorer.It will change individual icons if you copy the activate.exe into C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\IconPackager and activate the product. But then you have to reactivate the others. and the circle starts over again. Will waite for the next fix. Thanks
From Personal experiance and research, Watch out if your running a HP notebook and AMD processor.The only way it would install on my laptop was to do a factory reinstall and do the whole update thing before installing any programs.This was the advice from Microsoft. It seemed to work but when it rebooted I got a message that there was no Operating System. Fried the harddrive. Had to buy a new one and start all over again.The Notebook is only 1 year old so why did the drive quit.So now all is red
Don't know if this is a isue but Registration Info shows Iconpackager Registration in red and info as invalid In Impulse. Does this mean that next time there is a update that it isn't going to work? SDC Updated me to 4.00.165 and there was not a activation Issue.
OK So I tried to install SP1 and after hours with microsoft in chat and on the phone the only solution was to reset my laptop to factory state and try again and that worked. One big problem was after it rebooted it said there was no operating system on the drive. so I then had to use the rescue discs and reset factory again and start over. This time I'll pass on SP1 till they make it better.It took 8 hrs to reinstall frome the CD's
