Fallen enchantress isn't showing up in my downloads either, and I have preordered and was in the beta. I hope it's there soon, so I get to test it this week-end!
to participate in the beta do you need to sign an NDA?
They can't answer, they're not allowed to tell [e digicons][/e] Actually i doubt it. previous Stardock beta didn't have one.
The alpha testers could attest to this right now except they’ve all lost consciousness (the smart ones anyway) due to passing out from it.
Only reason they can't? You mean you are freeing them of the NDA?? [e digicons][/e]
Any complaining about the looks, sound,

Well it is obvious that any screens that Frogboy posts right now are alpha or pre-alpha, so I don't see how PP is saying anything one way or the other about being in the alpha.
Well, I missed the sound on the screens...So... But you're probably right
Well, we can switch presidents if you wish ;)
@PurplePaladin: errr.... did you just kinda hint you were in the alpha? No, don't tell me actually...better leave it there. PS: Where did you get that pict of me??

Now that we all know that reasoning, it will be quite easy to convince someone you're under NDA, right?
Thinking a bit more about it, if you go for the extended beta, I think you should definitly try and make modding tools (or at least tutorials) available asap. Because the more mods there are available *at the release* the more enticing it will be for several players of the kind that build a strong community. Maybe you could even release some...mods, I mean. That said, only you know if it's worth it. But 6 month more or less wont make such a difference that the game would fee
Well, as most people who preordered already, I may not be totaly objective in that, but... YES! Please take your time, take as much player inout as you can afford. I guess here we all want Stardock to release the best game it can. Because we waited for a game like that for so long already anyway. And because the more success Stardock has, the more chance there is others will follow in it's steps. So please do, as long as you feel it's worth it. Just dont forget:
Hi all! Sorry to be maybe nitpicking the first time I post here, but... Brad, could you please, please, have someone change the home page for elemental? Having it say " Elemental is scheduled to go into public beta by June 2009" is a bit unsettling. Especially when you try to 'sell' the game to friends... i know, I know... but not everybody does know stardock... Anyway, keep up the good works! I trust it will be more than worth th
