Help! Downloads won't work in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi Folks! I'm a total noob and I keep on downloading ObjectDock Icons and stuff from "wincustomize.com" that won't work! They are packed in a zip-file and everytime I try to open one of them the message "*.zip ist no valid win32 application" or something like this. (Can't really translate it cause it's in german). How can I get new Icons to my ObjectDock???? Help! I really like this stuff a lot and I want to get for example the Firefo
