I have had objectdock plus, a wincustomize subscription, and object desktop for two years. Recently when trying to view and download items through the sdcentral browser, a login dialogue pops up and says that I have to login in to www.skin2.wincustomize.com in order to view the items. It seems to occur the most in the objectdock section. I have tried using my wincustomize login but it rejects it. As can see it works going through Firefox since I am signed in. I don't know what this is. Did I mis

I have WB 5.019b0.013 installed on my computer. When I minimized or close Firefox or IE 7 the titlebar of the windows remians at the top of the screen. When I restore the window I have two titlebars showing, one beneath the other. The only way I have found to get rid of it is to go into the display control and reinstall the wallpaper and then the titlebar disappear. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it WB or is something else causing this problem? Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.

After rebooting, the configuration windows for desktopx and startdock central always open up. Once I hit cancel, they both load properly so I guess this is more of an annoyance than anything else. Does anyone know what could be causing this? It only started after installing the lasted stardock central program and windowblinds program. Thanks for any help you can give me. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/BigSmile.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmi

Using Version 2.10, I deleted everything in the downloads file and in the queued download in SDCentral. When I checked the download path in settings it wasn't going where you said it should, I changed that. I then tried a download and everything worked just fine. Thanks everybody for all your help. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/BigSmile.gif" bord

I'm at a complete loss. I followed on your suggestions, including the tutorial by Corky_O. I then uninstalled SDCentral following his instructions. I then closed down every other program using Smart Close before I downloaded and reinstall SDCentral. I then tried to download a Cursor and SDCentral crashed as it attempted to download. I don't no what to do. Am I just going to have to live with? All all a my Stardock products work fine other than this pr

I made sure the download file existed. I added *.wincustomize.com to my trusted sides. I went in to my firewall (which is the Windows OneCare Live Beta) and made sure that SDCentral and WinCustomize browser were allowed. One Wednesday I did a full system recovery because of some unrelated problems, but before I did the recovery, sdcentral was crashing so I hoped maybe the revcovery would take care of that problem was well but it didn't. Even after the

I had the same problem. I contacted Y! Music through general feedback. I received an e-mail reply that they were referring this problem to the techs responsible for this part of the program and they would be looking into it further.
