If you are still having outbreaks, try Gelocast by BSNmedicall (ref no. 1053-00). You should be able to find it at the pharmacy. Keep it in the fridge. I get the same problem on my leg. This clears it up really fast. It was recommended by a pharmacist. Since it is on your hands, may be use it at night with cotton gloves to keep it in place. Hope this helps. C.N.

Thanks for all of your input. I still do not know what the issue is, it only affects the .wba files. I can download any other file I want without a problem. I am a current customer, so there are no download limits for me. I have Getright configured and as I say I have no problems with any other file. only the .wba files. I solved the problem with a work-around. I will use Firefox for downloads and I.E. for articles and the forums. So thank you to those who gave input. C.N.
If you just single clicked the red download button, you will not have the wba file on your computer....the blind files are extracted from the wba file when you download it.
Nothing is being extracted from the .wba files either. The only blinds I have in Window Blinds are the ones that came preinstalled, none of the blinds that I downloaded are there. Even though I get a dialog window saying abc.wba is being down
the public folder is where the wb installs to after you double click the wba
I do understand that, but I cannot find the downloaded file anywhere on my computer, to put in the folder. C.N.
A big plus to Wizard's method, which is what I use, is you can also copy the original wba file to an extra folder and keep a backup of it which comes in handy. If I do what you're doing (on XP here), the skin automatically installs to Windowblinds - it sounds like you might be having a problem installing the skins. Maybe UAC issues or such?
It is quite possible UAC or the likes causing the pro
You can also right-click on the red download button and select" Save target as" and have it download to a folder of your choice, then just double click on the .wba file to install it.
Thank you, but tried that. I keep getting an error message (file not found) on that one. C.N.
%temp%
Thank you. Unfortunately none of the files I downloaded are in the folder. Nor do they seem to be anywhere else.
I suggest you too to disactivate getright or config better the options of the program
Why? It is not where the problem lies. Zip files download just fine through it from Wincustomize. I am only having trouble with the .wba files. I have downloaded the cursor theme files just fine using the IE built-in downloader.
I am not sure this is the right place for this. When I download a .wba file that is not in a zip file, the dialog box says it is bein
Nice, but still no ability to hide online presence.
Thank you Jenny, but Kim fixed it for me yesterday. Should have posted that here last night.
Birchur: Did try, but only have the one email for Stardock/Wincustomize. So it says 'You entered the same email address that you are currently using (citsym*******@*********.com). You must enter a different email address which was used to make your purchases'. Thanks anyway.
Erk: Did get an email, but there was nothing special needed doing. Will try support, but they wont respond before Monday. Fuzzy Logic: Did that, but it wants me to renew again. Don't want to spend another $20. That would mean $40 on one subscription renewal. Thanks Guys.
I renewed my subscription for Wincustomize a few days late, but Wincustomize says I'm not a subscriber & still showing me ads . I logout, deleted all of my cookies & deleted everything in my Temporary Internet Files folder. I use only one email address for anything Stardock/Wincustomize, so don't have to synch anything. What else do I need to do?
Would like to be able to set 'online presence' to hide.
? Big F**king Gun?
Thanks nogard for the feedback: 1) NG integration not going to happen any time soon I'm afraid.. 2)Hm
I like it with the exception of 3 things. The 3 things are: 1. No newsgroup intergration, 2. Showing who's online, we need to be allowed to hide online presence, 3. The Stardock's ugly blue logo clashes with the nice & clean new forum look. Hmmm, guess that means time for a contest to design a new logo. [/fon
To be honest I haven't noticed a difference in site speed since the upgrade. But I do find the ads very annoying. And they're probably the reason there wasn't an increase in speed for me. Something got to power the ad engine. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. <img src="http://imag
Yes, it's on the forum pages that I'm seeing this. And it's still there today. Hopefully T-Man gets it fixed soon. It would appear that the html code is being ignored as well, for replys.
I'm a Wincustomize subcriber. But today I started getting ads on the forum pages today. I am hoping this is a temporary site glitch, that will soon be fixed.
It was just a thought. Don't know VIA or laptops in general, so can't help.
Have you checked the software that comes with your video card? I know my Nvidia GeForce card gives me the ability to do that, using the nView Desktop Manager.
OK. I didn't know. Thank you.
I purchased ObjectDock Plus last year & recently renewed my Object Descktop subscription. When I saw the post of a new beta out, I loaded SDC to update. But the latest version I have showing is 1.29[b].003. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling both ObjectDock Plus & SDC, but no new beta. Any suggestions?
You're welcome.
