Having used the spies as many have suggested in this thread and others I found one more use for them.They are a terrific drain off of all that cash lost from the 20k cap. I just toss it all into espionage.I then get spies every 3-6 turns or so and they add up big.The last game I played on painful I had over 60 of them in stock.Come and get me baby. I always build all economic structures on my HP and set the focus for social so they build rather quickly even w/o a factory.If there are any bonuses to exploit I will upgrade the tile appropiately when feasible.This usually keeps me in the green until I can colonize some. When I do get a juicy planet I dont build right away but let the population grow until the colony is profitable.If I have the recruiting building i'll rush build on planets recently aquired. Avoid 1.8e as it had the notorious fleet bug along with numerous other movement bugs possibly all related." That there above.I love galciv2 and im completely addicted so I bought the online download from the StarDock site.The Dark Avatar Expansion box.Paid for the box as well as the dl. Now heres the thing...I got version 1.8e that has the fleet bug.It is sucking the life ou
