Fences won't resize or allow drag and drop. in Personal Computing Stardock Forums

Never mind. I went back to the desktop and found the Unlock, which took care of my issues. Sorry for the bother. KK A couple of weeks ago I noticed that some icons that were installed on the desktop from installations could not be moved into Fences. Didn't have time to troubleshoot then. Today Fences stopped allow me to drag a fence to another location or to resize it (in addition to being unable to accept icons). Updated to the

Was prompted to install logonStudio and did so. Now when attempting to download, I get a message that a file theme.ini cannot be found and LogonStudio crashes. Ergo, i can't download anything from WinCustomize now.
