Same here. I can also confirm the bug, that you are unable to build additional buildings if you use every 4xtile near the city even though the build screen shows that there are free tiles.

Same thing here. The game constantly crashes when trying to load a savegame, even when it was just started. debug.err dxdiag.txt

I had constant crashes while starting the game after updating until I let the intro play through completely. Since then it started fine strangely enough.
